All dishes are prepared with sustainable avocados as the main or at least a secondary ingredient. It can be combined in many ways, whether as a spread with tahini or horseradish in sandwiches, in the batter for waffles and pancakes, in soups, in ravioli fillings, with mashed potatoes with steak or salmon fillet and in desserts.
